Kobita is designed for respectful AI conversations, creativity, learning and everyday use.

1. Prohibited content

• Sexually explicit or exploitative content.
• Any sexual content involving minors.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats or targeted abuse.
• Instructions or encouragement for serious violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Fraud, impersonation, privacy violations or other unlawful abuse.

2. AI disclosure

Kobita companions are AI systems. They do not have consciousness, personal feelings or real-world professional credentials.

3. Reporting

If an AI response is unsafe, offensive or otherwise problematic, use the in-app Report Response feature where available. Reports may be reviewed for safety, abuse prevention and service improvement.
